(1) The custodian may designate such a road for the convenience of the general public to travel on foot, to walk domestic animals or to walk any vehicle including yaks or camels within the park as specified in Schedule-4, and the general public may post such signs. It should be used only on the designated road.

(2) Without the written permission of the custodian, no one shall be allowed to use any other road except the designated road as per sub-rule (1).

(3) ) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if he deems it appropriate to close a marked road in bad weather, the custodian may close that road until the weather becomes favorable.
